Talent Recruit project

My Role: Business Analyst/Solution Architect.

A project implementing and configuring a talent recruiting system for a major international retailer. Mostly working with defining requirements, integrations, and test.

Methods and techniques: Requirements management, Integration design, Test, Test result evaluation.

Sub-supplier compliance reporting project

My role: Senior Business Analyst, reviewing and approving Use Cases, integrations, and other requirements

The project created a new system for follow up and auditing of suppliers to suppliers for a major international retailer. The system was built as a web application using .NET and Oracle DB.

I was Senior Business Analyst, reviewing and approving Use Cases and other requirements prior to development and as an SME supplying the project with information, contacts, and advise on the corporation organisation and system landscape.

The complexity of the project was increased by the need of access inside corporation systems for external users, the suppliers. This led to an investigation into Security and Information Classification of the product and performing a Business Impact Assessment which was led by me.

Supplying systems line organisation

My Role: Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Integration design

Performed Business analysis, Requirement engineering and management in the maintenance and development organisation. I handled change request and projects in several Supplying Services for a major international retail company. The Services were in the Data Integration, Order, and Customs area. I focused on problem investigations, change analysis, and integration interface definitions within this area.

Proactive system monitoring project

My Role: Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Integration design

IT solution analyst/SA for a major retailer. I was involved in creating IT requirements, analysing problems in systems and preparing solutions for proactive system monitoring of two product information systems. Created an AsIs -ToBe view of monitoring, analysed the needs for improvement, and available methods for monitoring the Product information hub for over 100000 articles with complex data structures. I also prepared Change requests from Business needs to IT High Level Analysis. Furthermore I supported application management and development teams with information about the systems and problem/change analysis processes.

Methods and techniques: Requirements, Agile and non-agile. Tools: Oracle, .NET, TOAD, HP ALM.

BMC Remedy Upgrade instructor

My Role: Teacher, facilitator

Instructor in 11 training sessions in the new version of BMC Remedy (IKEA version), for all Capgemini consultants working in the engagement.
